Why was Thor’s sister , Hela able to carry Thor's hammer?

 The Odin who placed the enchantment on Thor’s hammer:

is not the same as the Odin who conquered the Nine Realms with Hela:

Let’s see what the Odin who enchanted Mjolnir defined as unworthy.

From the first Thor movie:

Thor Odinson... You have disobeyed the express command of your King. Through your arrogance and stupidity, you have opened these peaceful Realms and innocent lives to the horrors of war.

You are unworthy of this Realm, unworthy of your title, unworthy of the loved ones you've betrayed. I hereby take from you, your power. And in the name of my father and of his father before him, I cast you out!

We can see that the Odin who laid the enchantment upon Thor’s hammer thought that war was a terrible thing. Now, let us see what Hela and Odin did when she wielded Mjolnir. According to Hela in Thor: Ragnarok:

Odin and I drowned entire civilizations in blood and tears.

That sounds like an activity which smacks of “the horrors of war.”

Furthermore, Hela said that Odin changed. To quote the Goddess of Death:

One day he decided to become a benevolent king. To foster peace, to protect life.

This shows that that Odin, the Odin that Thor knew and who laid the enchantment on his hammer:

definitely would see Hela as unworthy of wielding Mjolnir.

The honest truth is that Odin greatly changed between his conquest of the Nine Realms and his enchanting of Mjolnir. The enchantment of Mjolnir reflects a more benevolent Odin’s beliefs of what is worthy and unworthy.

Because of this, Hela is not worthy to hold Mjolnir. Rather, she has the sheer power to resist the hammer.

Take a close look at this scene:

Notice that Mjolnir is resisting Hela’s grip and trying to keep moving forward. If Hela were worthy, that wouldn’t happen. Rather, Hela would be able to hold it without resistance, like Captain America here:


What Hela did was to overcome the enchantment Odin places on Mjolnir. This is because she is an immensely powerful being, second in power to Odin himself. That is how she could hold it and destroy it.

Why do people agree with Thanos’ plan when he is talking about mass genocide?

  Because some people are edgy. Because some people are small minded. Because some people cannot comprehend what genocide is or how it works. See, many people believe the underlying philosophy of what Thanos was doing. Or rather, they believe a sentiment similar. Earth does seem overpopulated. Well lets see . . .   Disney is ready to move on and wants Yelena Belova to become the new Black Widow , just like we saw in the comics. And it seems like Johansson is OK with the idea of leaving. Scarlett Johansson and director Cate Shortland recently spoke with  The Gentlewoman . Shortland revealed that Black Widow was possibly Johansson's last film as The Black Widow.
